What this policy covers
This policy explains what Makeready Studio B.V. does with personal information collected through this website. It is written to be read rather than to be defended in court, and it is demo content shipped with a website template — replace it with a policy reviewed by your own advisers before going live.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, company, budget, timeline and project description you choose to give us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever is in that email.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we hold it
To reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. That is the whole purpose. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and our project management tool, both under data-processing agreements. Nobody else. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except where a provider's standard contractual clauses cover it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will action it within thirty days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
